April Fearnley successfully assisted me with the marketing and sale of my home in Vienna. She had lots of suggestions for improvements that she thought I should make to my home and had my best interests in mind. Having been in real estate finance nearly my entire career, I did not always agree with her recommendations, but the house had 7 offers on the Monday following the weekend open houses and sold at $95,000 over asking price by Monday evening. For anyone not familiar with real estate listing and sales agreements and closing documents, April is adept at explaining documents and responding to questions. Compass also offered great marketing tools (floor plan [essential as far as I am concerned], professional photography, video and staging). They also have a loan program where one can borrower funds for painting, improvements and repairs at no interest with the loan due in full at closing.

Working with Ms. April as our real estate agent was the best decision ever. Ms. April was there to assist us from day one until the day of closing for our new home. Since the very beginning, Ms. April made sure to provide us with home listings that met our every criteria. She would do this by communicating with us on a daily basis about any new home that popped up on the market. She was very responsive both via email and text and made sure to answer all of our questions. Ms. April was able to quickly book home viewings and accommodated our schedule so that we could go see houses both on weekdays and weekends. She even helped us with finding a great loans agent, home inspector, as well as other resources. It was thanks to her that our experience as first-time home buyers wasn’t as overwhelming and stressful as we thought it would be. Overall, working with Ms. April was a pleasure. I strongly recommend her as she is experienced in her craft and is extremely helpful in so many different ways!
