About April Fearnley

After graduating from UVA’s economics and foreign affairs programs, April returned to her alma mater to get her law degree in 2002. She didn’t stop there - earning her MBA from The Darden School of Business in 2012 while working full-time.  April went on to have a fulfilling career as a proven trial attorney, and in 2017 she officially made the move to real estate.  She hasn’t looked back since.

April devotes her time to helping buyers and sellers across the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. areas find the place where they call home. Thanks to her educational achievements and courtroom experience, April is a sought-after advocate for every client’s needs—from first time home buyers to relocating professionals to seasoned sellers.  Driven by her meticulous attention to detail, April creates customized strategies to bring a client’s vision to life and to strategically market your home. She’s also a powerful negotiator who finds the right solutions to even the toughest roadblocks. For April, there’s nothing more fulfilling than guiding others through the complex process of buying or selling—and it is a responsibility she strives to earn the right to every day.

In her spare time, you can find April spending time with her family or exploring the Northern Virginia community, her home today.  A trailblazer at heart, April once traveled around the world for four months with just a backpack and her sense of adventure. She’s also run five marathons in three cities and loves to sing and ride her Peloton.
